We are looking for a self-driven Community Manager who finds joy in building a community for our indie game
π½ Your profile
As the Community Manager, you are responsible for the growth, engagement and retention of the gameβs player base. This role will work closely with the development team to create and implement content that ensures an exceptional player experience. You will be responsible for creating a fitting community strategy, managing community support channels, as well as moderating and creating content for the company's various social media channels.
Ideally, you live in the Cologne Area (Germany) or would be willing to relocate. We offer excellent relocation assistance! π
π©βπ What you will be doing
- Design and lead company strategy for community management
- Working with the game leads and publisher to define the goals of the community strategy
- Create and maintain content on social media platforms
- Monitor conversations happening in the community to identify any issues or trends and turn them into relevant insights
- Respond to queries from players quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with production to plan and communicate release and content updates

- Knowledge about creating and maintaining a strategy for community management from scratch
- Communication skills to build a community with care and respect
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Strong knowledge of current social media platforms
